Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier fulfillment timelines.

Shipping Methods

Products may be shipped using:

• standard parcel carriers

• freight shipping for large items such as greenhouse kits

• manufacturer direct shipping

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Freight Deliveries

Large items such as greenhouses may require freight delivery. Customers may be contacted to schedule delivery.

Some freight deliveries may require the customer to assist with unloading or have equipment available.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver products within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
